ESBB Conference Granada 2012
The Joint Conference of ESBB & the Spanish National Biobank Network (Red Nacional de Biobancos), was held in the Granada Conference and Exhibition Centre from the 7th – 9th November 2012.
The local host and co-organiser for the conference was the Andalusian Public Health System Biobank (Biobanco del Sistema Sanitario Público de Andalucía).
The conference theme was: “Biobanks – Advancing Science and Serving Society in the 21st Century”.
It was a very enjoyable and productive conference, with 523 attendees from 41 countries, and to this very day is remembered, along with Verona, held the following year, as one of the most successful and enjoyable ESBB conferences.
